Destined to be President, that’s what this man is.

He’s possibly the most controversial leader of the Philippines to date, but I truly believe he will unite the country and get us on the road to healing. He’s a plodder. He plodded bullishly through all the obstacles that Davao City was mired in and he got them through. I believe he’ll keep his head down and plod through the muck that is the Philippine government and bring the country through. Sometimes the road ahead can be unclear and we have to trust the person who can see it, who we chose to see it for us. The road is longer when you stop at all the distractions, but made easier when you keep your eyes ahead at your goal. In the end, we all have one goal. Sometimes it pays to remember that.
